Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to JMRP Customs (jmrpcustoms.com). Because all of our products are custom-made and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where items are damaged during shipping.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom & Made-To-Order Items

All items sold on JMRP Customs are custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order. For this reason:

  • ❌ We do not accept returns

  • ❌ We do not offer refunds

  • ❌ We do not offer exchanges

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified after production has begun. Our production time is 3 business days.

Damaged Items During Shipping

We understand that shipping issues can happen. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly review your claim and offer a replacement if approved.

To file a damage claim, the following is required:

  1. 📸 Clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging (including shipping label)

    • Any visible damage to the box

  2. 🎥 A full unboxing video showing:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The opening process

    • The damaged item clearly visible

⚠️ The unboxing video must clearly show the package was unopened prior to recording.

Claim Submission Requirements

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email all required photos and video evidence to:
    jmrpdecals@gmail.com

  • Include your:

    • Full Name

    • Order Number

    • Description of the damage

Incomplete claims (missing photos or video) may not be approved.

Claim Review Process

  • Once submitted, please allow 3–5 business days for review.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.

  • Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

Non-Eligible Situations

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Color variations due to screen display differences

  • Minor variations in handmade/custom items

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
