Order Processing Time

All of our products are custom-made and produced to order.

Orders are prepared within 3-5 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday

  • Weekends and federal holidays are not included

  • Orders placed after business hours will begin processing the next business day

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.

Delivery times:

  • Are estimates, not guarantees

  • May vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volume

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, JMRP Customs only ships within the United States.

🌎 We unfortunately do not offer international shipping at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Carrier-related delays once the package has shipped
